International Courier Services from Dubai

Some shipments are too small for freight and too important to leave to chance: a signed contract, a product sample for a buyer, a replacement part for a stopped machine. Our international courier service in Dubai collects documents and parcels from your door and delivers them to the recipient's door abroad, quickly and with full tracking.

It is used by businesses of every size, from law firms and trading companies to manufacturers and online shops, as well as individuals sending personal items to family and friends overseas.

What our courier service includes

  • Documents and envelopes: contracts, tenders, passports for visa processing and other paperwork that needs to arrive fast.
  • Small parcels and samples, typically up to around 70 kg per piece, sent as express or economy.
  • Door-to-door collection and delivery, including pickup from your office, home or supplier in the UAE.
  • Time-definite options for deliveries that must arrive by a certain time of day, where available on the route.
  • Inbound courier from overseas suppliers to your address in the UAE.
  • Customs paperwork for dutiable parcels, so they clear without delays at the destination.
  • Packaging advice and materials for fragile or valuable items.

Express or economy?

Express courier is the fastest option, with most major cities reached in a few working days. It is the right choice for urgent documents and time-critical parts.

Economy courier takes a little longer but costs noticeably less, which makes it a good fit for heavier parcels and regular shipments that are not urgent. For several hundred kilos or more, our air freight service is usually better value than courier.

How sending a courier works

  1. Book: tell us what you are sending, its weight and size, and the destination address.
  2. Price and options: we confirm the cost and delivery time for express or economy service.
  3. Prepare the parcel: pack it securely; we supply the shipping label and, for goods, help you complete the commercial invoice.
  4. Collection: a driver picks up the parcel at the agreed time.
  5. Tracking: you receive a tracking number to follow the parcel online until it is delivered.
  6. Delivery: the parcel is delivered to the recipient, with proof of delivery available on request.

Packing a parcel for international courier

Parcels pass through several sorting centres and conveyor belts on their way abroad, so packing makes a real difference. Use a new, rigid box with room for cushioning on every side, and wrap each item separately. Seal all seams with strong tape and remove old labels to avoid misrouting. Place the commercial invoice in a document pouch on the outside of the box, and make sure the recipient's phone number is included, as couriers often call before delivery or when duties are due.

Who uses our courier service

  • Trading and export companies sending samples and documents to buyers
  • Legal, financial and government service firms moving original paperwork
  • Manufacturers and maintenance teams shipping urgent spare parts
  • E-commerce sellers delivering orders to customers abroad
  • Fashion and design studios sending prototypes and collections
  • Individuals sending personal items, gifts and documents overseas

Items that cannot be sent by courier

Courier networks do not accept certain items, such as cash, weapons, illegal drugs and most dangerous goods, and many countries restrict medicines, food and electronics with lithium batteries. Some items can still travel as specialised cargo instead, for example through our dangerous goods handling service. Ask us before packing if you are unsure.

Express Courier: frequently asked questions

How fast is international courier from Dubai?

Express courier usually reaches major cities in Europe, Asia and North America in two to five working days. Remote areas and economy services take longer. We confirm the expected delivery time when you book.

How is the courier price calculated?

Courier prices are based on the destination and the chargeable weight, which is the higher of the actual weight and the volumetric weight of the parcel. Duties and taxes at destination may be added, depending on the contents and who pays them.

Can I send a parcel from Dubai and have the recipient pay duties?

Yes. Most shipments can be sent with duties and taxes paid by the recipient, or prepaid by you so the recipient pays nothing. Tell us your preference when booking.

Do you collect parcels from my home or office?

Yes. We arrange collection from homes and offices across the UAE at a time that suits you.

Can I send batteries or perfume by courier?

Lithium batteries, perfumes and other flammable or hazardous items are restricted and often need special packing and documents, or cannot be sent by courier at all. Tell us what you want to send and we will advise the safest legal option.

Ready to ship?
