Warehousing & Distribution in Dubai

Good warehousing does more than keep goods dry and safe. It lets you buy in bulk, hold stock close to your customers and ship orders the same day they arrive. Our warehousing service in Dubai gives growing businesses a flexible base in one of the world's best-connected logistics hubs, without the cost of leasing and staffing their own facility.

We work with importers, distributors, online sellers and regional companies that need anything from a few pallets of buffer stock to a fully managed distribution operation serving the UAE and neighbouring Gulf markets.

What's included in our warehousing and distribution service

  • Long-term storage for seasonal stock, spare parts and slow-moving inventory.
  • Pallet, shelf and bulk storage, matched to the size and handling needs of your goods.
  • Temperature-controlled areas for products that must not overheat in the UAE climate. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm temperature-controlled capacity]

  • Returns handling and stock reconciliation

Distribution

From the warehouse we deliver to retailers, project sites and end customers across the UAE, and onward to the GCC by road freight. Scheduled multi-drop routes keep delivery costs down for regular customers.

How it works

  1. Needs assessment. We discuss your products, volumes, order profile and how fast stock needs to move.
  2. Proposal. You receive a clear rate card covering storage, handling and delivery, so you can budget accurately.
  3. Onboarding. We set up your items in the warehouse management system and agree labelling and receiving rules.
  4. Inbound receiving. Goods are checked in, counted and put away in their allocated locations, and you receive a receiving report.
  5. Order fulfilment. Send orders by email, spreadsheet or integration; we pick, pack and dispatch them within agreed times.
  6. Reporting. You get regular stock reports and can request a stock count at any time. [PLACEHOLDER: online stock portal, if available]

Storing goods in the UAE climate

Summer temperatures in the UAE regularly pass 45°C outside, and an uninsulated store can become far hotter inside. Heat and humidity can damage cosmetics, food, electronics, adhesives and even packaging. When you share your product list with us, we check which items need ambient, air-conditioned or chilled storage and plan your space accordingly. We also look at how goods are packed: shrink-wrapped pallets, sturdy cartons and clear labels all reduce handling damage and speed up picking.

Is outsourced warehousing right for you?

If you are paying for warehouse space you do not fully use, struggling to recruit staff for peaks, or planning to enter the UAE market without a large upfront investment, outsourcing is usually the smarter choice. For businesses that want us to run more of the supply chain, take a look at our 3PL and 4PL services.

Warehousing & Distribution: frequently asked questions

What is the minimum amount of stock you can store?

We can store as little as a single pallet. Storage is usually charged per pallet or per square metre per week or month, plus handling for goods in and out.

Do you offer pick and pack for online orders?

Yes. We receive your stock, store it by product, and pick, pack and dispatch individual orders to your customers, including returns handling.

Is my stock insured while in the warehouse?

Warehouse liability is limited, so we recommend separate stock insurance. We can arrange cover for the value of your goods on request.

Can you store goods in a free zone?

Depending on your needs, goods can be stored in a free zone, where duty is suspended until they enter the local market, or in a mainland warehouse. We will advise which suits your business and customs situation.

How quickly are orders dispatched?

Dispatch times are agreed in advance. Orders received before the daily cut-off are typically processed the same or next working day, depending on volume and the service level you choose.
