1. Survey. We view your belongings and note special items such as pianos, artwork or antiques.
2. Quotation. You receive a clear, written quote with the date, team size and everything included.
3. Planning. We confirm building access, parking and any move permits needed by your community or tower management.
4. Packing day. Our team packs and labels every box by room, and creates an inventory.
5. Moving day. Items are loaded, transported and placed in the right rooms at your new address.
6. Settling in. Furniture is reassembled, boxes unpacked if requested, and packing materials removed.

Special items we handle with extra care

Some belongings need more than a carton and tape. Pianos are moved with specialist equipment and enough crew to keep them level. Artwork and mirrors are wrapped and placed in made-to-measure crates. Chandeliers are dismantled carefully and their parts labelled. Large appliances are disconnected, secured and reconnected where possible, and plants are moved in shaded vehicles to protect them from the heat. Let us know about these items during the survey, so the right materials and people are ready on the day.
